Hello out there! I am writing about the new Anthem BC guidelines restricting auth for IOP to minimum 3 sessions a week at 3hrs each. We offer 2 or 3 nights. Is anyone else experiencing a challenge?

New rates become effective for UBH on October 15th. There are two important changes in UBH agreement.
First, the agreement EXCLUDES all M.D. fees.
Second, there will no longer be the old Pacificare category of CD Adult Rehab that took the place of CD residential detox.
